Yaaaap - being hot and being cute/handsome are complitely different things.
The second guy is really HOOOT, and a bit cute. The third one is very cute and quite hot too. The first one might me hot, if he didn't make such funny thing his his face.

I realised that HOT are usually boys who look manfully, with beard, maybe hairy and muscled and usually with darker/tanned skin.

CUTE/HANDSOME are usually guys with nice, sweet, cute face and bit teenage/boish look, and defined, but not muscled body...

Anyone wanna agree/disagree with me???

Anyway - hot+cute is the best combination, heheh :)
