Meet the roots of gay fun in Istanbul

Hello everyone,

I am new at this site, however I read out how difficult it is to be a gay in Arab countries. Instaed of taking risks, many Arabs are coming to Istanbul for many reasons:

Istanbul/Turkey is not far away geographically
Turkish people have the same religion with Arabs and have a similar, guest friendly culture (they feel like at home)
Turkish men look like Arab men and they are very sexy
Being a gay and having sex man to man is not illegal in Turkey
Turkey is not expensive

I heard from a German friend (journalist writing in German gay magazine) that a local travel agency (sensationtours.com.tr) welcomes European and Arab gay men to Istanbul where they meet the roots of gay fun.

I myself being a gay man in Istanbul can admit that Istanbul is a gay paradise with its crazy gay night clubs, Hammams, and especially its handsome men. Istanbul with its location on two continents, its rich history is the European capital for culture in 2010 and soon will surely become the capital of gay fun in Europe and Middle East.

Thanks for your message just visited Istanbul with my friend and we had a great time even so we were not familiar with the gay live/ clubs over there.would be nice if you would give us more details. we are from Malta

I have been in Istanbul two times ,2 years before and 3 months ago
Every writings are partly true but there is an important point I have to say...
I was hosted in Istanbul by a professional travel agency at my second visit.
I want to tell you differences of on your own trip and buying packages

1. when you buy a package it cost you lower..
2. if you go on your own probably you wont be able to find correct places to have fun
3. if there is someone to say in Turkish ''Hayır Sagol'' (No thank you) for you, it means nobody can not disturb you during your shopping..
4. Of course security is most important thing in your trip if you are alone you can be a easy target...
5. in my first visit I lost time with unneeded things.. But in second Hosting started at the exit door of the airport with smiling faces , true points to go , cheaper travel, security , better hotel than you can find by booking , and really unbelieveable fun in the correct places...

And I want to say something about Istanbul ;

This city is amazing, It smells culture and history during the day
and nights I bet on my head you can never find a fun like this, very handsome men, non stop dance and kissings till morning and unlimited fun in correct gay club ...

Shortly... it will be my 3.th time in Istanbul this summer if someone want to join me or need info about correct targets to connect for your visit I can help you my friends take care :D
