Webmaster, I received the email offer for free video minutes and followed the directions, I then received the free download link, however, when I try to log in to get the free movie, I get a message that log in failed. I then proceeded to try and create a new profile and then attempted to obtain the movie and I receive a message that I do not have any free stuff. I have tried several times with no success at all.
