Artist Amr Diab finally decided on the title of his new album that is to be released on 7/7/2007. The album is to be entitled 'El-Leila Di'.
It is worth mentioning that Diab delayed the release of this album several times. It was supposed to be released on the new year’s eve, then it got delayed to Valentine’s day. It was then said that he once again delayed it till June 10th; the birth date of his first daughter Nour. Diab finally settled on July 7th.
The album features the songs “Khaleek Maaya”, “Allah Aleik”, “Baaolha Keteer”, “Aletly Laa” and “Dehket”. The album witnesses Diab’s reunion with poet Magdy EL-Naggar. It also witnesses Diab’s cooperation with many other poets like Ayman Bahgat Qaar, Bahaa Edeen Muhammad, Khaled Tag and Abdul Monem Taha.
Many distinguished musicians help in the making of this album, like Muhammad Rohayyem, Sherief Tag Edeen, Naser El-Mezdawy, Muhammad Yehia and Amr Mustafa. The album features two songs composed by Diab himself.
