Living in or Going to Doha, Qatar

I have not decided to go to Doha unless I have to stay in the airport, but no one talk about this city, Doha. I heard that Doha is booming now and will be like Dubai. But others say "boring city." Ummm, I really wanna know how the life in Doha is. I may move there for working. I don't like disco or some sorts of many people are gathering but massage by gay guys or meeting gay locals are quiet interesting.

If anyone know about Doha, please give me some information.
