interesting...why Luxor ??...have been thinking of going to Cairo in Jan for 2months stay...to have some fun and also learn arabic...what do you think...??? looking to rent apt for 2 month while there...any suggestions...hope you dont mind me asking?? regards Kosta

You are both going to have a fantastic time. I grew up in Cairo. I spent many weekends in Luxor. Learning Arabic opens the all aspects of Egyptian society to you. Have fun!
