Your MSN buddies on Arab-Gay.com

Hi guys,

I would like to ask you all a small favor.

I just finished writing an MSN invite script. You have probable seen MSN invite functionalities on other community or social networking sites. Sites use it to let their users invite their MSN buddies to the sites. What I usually don't like about these invite scripts is that they require you to send your MSN username and password to the site. I personally wouldn't like to have to send my login data to a site, so I'm guessing that there are many more folks who wouldn't do that. That is why I wrote the Arab-Gay.com MSN invite script differently. Instead of having to send your MSN login data you only need to export your MSN contacts file (.ctt file).

This is how it works:

Go to your MSN/Live Messenger, in the menu select 'Contacts', then select 'Save instant messaging contacts' and save the .ctt file to your computer's harddrive.

Next, go to http://www.arab-gay.com/msninvite.php, select the .ctt file on your harddrive, enter your name, and click 'Send'.

Once it has finished sending you will see how many of your contacts received the invite e-mail.

That's all folks! :smile:

I know that the page http://www.arab-gay.com/msninvite.php looks a little boring but the most important thing is that it is working! I will probable make that page look nicer later on.

Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you would take a moment to invite your MSN friends. Let's just all do that to make Arab-Gay.com even a nicer site. The more the merrier!

Nopezzz... I use the messenger plus addon thingy which has the contact list cleaning option. I selected to delete contacts that I hadn't talked to for a while. Aaanyway, will you be travelling any time soon? I don't have any travels plans yet. I first need to plan on making money to afford my trip with :(
